Please read our terms and conditions carefully before ordering online
Once you have completed your order online you will receive an email from ‘The Grubb Hub’ confirming all the details of your purchase. It is important to check that the delivery day/time you have chosen, products you have ordered and your delivery address are all correct.
The time in which you place your order, will reflect your delivery time. If you place your order before 11am (on the day of delivery), we guarantee to have your lunch delivered to you by 12pm. If you place your order after 11am (on the day of delivery), we aim to have your lunch delivered to within one hour (please note this is not a guarantee).
Your order will be left at your chosen collection point or reception desk and an email will be sent to you informing you that your order has arrived (WIFI connection permitting). Beyond this ‘The Grubb Hub’ accepts no responsibility for the receipt of your order.
The Grubb Hub are not responsible for any hindrance in relation to our delivery confirmation email being received as a result of (but not limited to), firewalls, automatic junk-mail allocation, negligence, poor/limited internet connections and/or anything else that could prevent the receipt of our delivery confirmation email.
Alterations to food
Unfortunately we are unable to honour alteration requests or ‘additional ingredient’ requests to our recipes.
‘The Grubb Hub’ shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
By creating an account with ‘The Grubb Hub’ you agree to allow access to your chosen email address. ‘The Grubb Hub’ may provide information including but not limited to: promotions, discounts, new products & competitions.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know at: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Grubb Hub’ may grant refunds on a ‘case by case’ basis, and is at the sole discretion of ‘ The Grubb Hub’
You are responsible for providing the correct details for billing & delivery purposes. ‘The Grubb Hub’ accepts no responsibility for any issue arising from incorrect details on your part.
Cancellation Of Orders
‘The Grubb Hub’ requires 24 hours notice to cancel an order. You will receive a full refund in ‘store credit’ to the value of your original purchase which will be sent to you through a coupon code via email. ‘The Grubb Hub’ will not refund any order cancelled within 24 hours of its intended delivery time slot.
